Remunerate named in 'SMART 100'

Remunerate has been named one of Australia's 100 most innovative products, according to 1,600 maven judges, in one of the largest and most audacious innovation awards of its kind in Australia - the 'SMART 100' Index.

Remunerate, developed by Evanscorp, an Australian software development company specializing in delivering enterprise grade business solutions, is an employee compensation management solution. It replaces the typical Excel spreadsheet-based remuneration review process with a web-based platform aligned with compensation strategy for managing employee pay reviews.

Remunerate is ideal for adoption in medium to large, national and multi-national organizations with a distributed workforce where employee contracts are in place and staff are reviewed on an individual basis. Indeed, over $3.5 billion of remuneration has been managed with Remunerate over the last two years. Australian users include Ausenco, Lend Lease and Transfield Services.

The Smart 100 was unveiled at a ceremony on Thursday 9 April, 2009, held at LifeLab, Digital Harbour in the Melbourne Docklands.

Leading business magazine Australian Anthill and market research leader Colmar Brunton joined forces to create the 'Smart 100', Australia's largest and most democratic innovation awards. The Awards process spanned over six months and harnessed the power of 1,600 mavens identified by Colmar Brunton to judge the 861 products entered.
