Before Remunerate

Prior to the Remunerate implementation Ausenco managers reviewed employee salaries on the employees' anniversary dates using paper-based forms.. The main challenges of that process were:

  • High administrative overhead for HR to follow up with managers;
  • Inaccurate data;
  • The danger of some employee's anniversary dates being missed altogether;
  • Reporting was labour-intensive and inflexible.

To automate their employee review process, Ausenco went to market and compared three products.
