Morena Miotto BSc (Hons)

Morena is the domain expert for the Remunerate product. She is a senior HR executive with proven expertise in all facets of human resources, including employee relations, remuneration and benefits, policy development and implementation and recruitment.

Her experience has spanned the manufacturing and service industries. Most recently, she has been head of the Human Resources department in an ASX100 listed company.

Morena is recognised for her bottom-line focus, coupled with practical and effective decision making. She is registered as a psychologist in NSW and is a member of the Australian Psychological Society.
