ValidateValidate is an e-Assessment knowledge validation tool. It allows organisations to assess
workforce knowledge across the Intranet or Internet on any given topic. All user interfaces are browser
based, allowing ubiquitous access from almost anywhere.
From Administrators to Content Authors, from Line and Function Managers to end users, all have industry
standard, browser-based User Interfaces to perform their roles. With User-friendly single log-in
(via existing network infrastructure) to Extranet user-name and password access, any authorized person
can access the system and get their tasks done.
The mechanics of the assessment engine make it impossible to memorise answer patterns and question
patterns. Thus, assessments can be repeated without photographic memory being any use to the Examinee.
The core of the engine is randomisation. By random ordering of assessment questions drawn randomly
from grouped question pools, with random placement on the screen, the Examinee must always read the
questions and read the answers and determine what the correct answer is each and every time.
Validate BenefitsRandomisationIn traditional multi-choice format test, the examinee can remember if an a. b. c. or d. is the
correct answer to a question - in other words, they learn the pattern. Validate completely eliminates this flaw. The automatic randomisation of questions and answers ensures
that the person undertaking the assessment must must read each question
and read each answer in order to find the correct response. Pattern recognition is eliminated.
Knowledge RetentionIn a corporate, enterprise, or government setting, you can assess vast numbers of people with the
certainty that they are not writing down an a. b. c. d. pattern-list and handing it to their mates
to "help them through". They are also not storing a cheat-sheet away for any repetitive assessments
on the same test that might come their way. So you can assess the same people across a period of
time for retention of information, knowing that memorised pattern responses are
impossible.
The Validate platform also virtually eliminates "visual eaves dropping" within a training classroom
environment. Someone copying someone else's answers by peering across at their workstation is made
nearly impossible by randomisation of the sequence in which questions are laid out, and the randomisation
of the correct answer position - a.b.c or d. AvailabilityValidate has been developed by Evanscorp in partnership with Conclusive Consulting Group and Martyn Payne and Associates. Validate is available exclusively through the Conclusive Consulting Group. Validate is available in three versions: - Desktop
